A tractor run from the Conwy Valley to Llandudno's famous promenade raised a brilliant £1,116.

Organised by local farmer Emyr Williams and farm hand Merin ap Martin the event held on 29th Dec attracted 50 tractors. many adorned with festive lights.

Entrants had all paid a fee to take part and were more than generous with extra donations.

Emyr said: "This was our first event and it was very well supported, thank you to everybody who came along to support this great local charity and have some fun.

"We're going to run it again this year on the same date and hopefully it gets bigger and better.

"There were lots of people out in Llanrwst to see us and also on the promenade too."

Thank you

Our fundraiser Nikki Jones was happy to support the tractor run and said: "Emyr and Merin did a marvellous job with this and it was such a great event for the community and our charity.

"Every event like this contributes directly to us helping local children with life threatening conditions to live their best lives and make their families feel supported.

"We're very grateful to everyone who took part and donated and look forward to working together again this year."

The event also raised funds for the 2025 Welsh National Sheep Dog trials, Tofarth, Conwy.
