Frequently Asked Questions Our 2025 Quality Moments Matter campaign is taking place over 36 hours on November 23rd and 24th. How will the Quality Moments Matter campaign work? The Quality Moments Matter campaign is hosted on a unique crowdfunding platform. A number of our most generous supporters become Matchers, pledging a collective £250,000 of match funding. This is the incentive that inspires local communities to give during the campaign and have their donations doubled. Other key supporters become ‘Champions’ and inspire and motivate their networks to give by sharing content we provide on social media during the 36 hours period. Why 36 hours? 36 hours creates a sense of urgency. The Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith communities responded incredibly well to this emotive call to action in previous years and we believe they will again. How are donations doubled? Donations are doubled thanks to the support from our Matchers who have pledged £250,000 to the campaign. What will £500,000 make possible?£500,000 will enable us to give every local child with a life-threatening condition and their families the best quality of life. Without that £500,000, we’ll still be able to meet the children’s clinical care needs, but we won’t be able to offer the added quality experiences like days out and therapeutic play. We want to make Quality Moments Matter for all. What do Champions do? Champions share their fundraising page with their networks in whatever way works from them. The purpose is to inspire others to give to the campaign during the 36 hours. What is the time commitment? You can give as little or as much time as you want during the 36 hours. What will happen next? We’ll keep you updated on the campaign developments, making sure you’re fully briefed in advance and ready to go when the date arrives. Is there a different way I can support the campaign? Yes! You can fundraise as an individual or as a group, do a challenge event or get your work involved – you can also donate directly to the campaign. However you want to support your donations will be doubled. Manage Cookie Preferences
