Our city centre store is looking fabulously festive this year thanks to volunteers.

Four kind students from the University of Chester donated their time at the end of November to come into the store and make a winter wonderland window for us.

They started from scratch and created a snowy display with frosted trees, tinsel and teddies.

Store Manager, Rebecca Hemmings said: “We always love having student volunteers in the shop and we’re delighted with the window – it looks fab!

“They all did such a good job and we’re very grateful for their gift of time.”

Louise Morris, a volunteer coordinator from the University was delighted with the partnership and commented: "Thank you for having us today!

"The students enjoyed the activity and were chuffed with what they managed to come up with.

"We’d love to come back next year too, it’s a lovely activity."
