Our beautiful Community Trees provide a lasting and meaningful way to remember a loved one, while supporting local children with life-threatening conditions and their families.

The bespoke trees have been created in steel by Red Dragon Metal Art and are sited in the gardens at Tŷ Gobaith and Hope House for everyone to see.

By dedicating a leaf, you create a personal tribute that will remain part of our hospice gardens.

About your leaf

Each tree holds up to 250 engraved leaves, offering families and friends the opportunity to create a lasting tribute.

We are asking for a minimum monthly gift of £10 for each leaf.

Your leaf can be engraved with a maximum of 40 characters, including spaces, spread over two lines.
Your engraved message is truly personal to you.
