Get moving and have fun getting fit this November with our Hyrox inspired event, designed to work in PE lessons or as a one-off.

Sign up is free but we encourage every student to donate or raise a minimum of £5 sponsorship.

This event is part of our Quality Moments Matter campaign where every £1 you raise is doubled!

How does SchoolRox work?

• Set up five activity stations with your own equipment •
• Time every participant on each station •
• Add the times from each station to give an overall time for each student •

The fastest student will top your leaderboard!
