Intrepid supporter, Ian Johnston has raised £3,210.

The 62 year-old from Nantwich recently completed a truly epic 1,024 mile sponsored cycle from Lands End to John O Groats.

Riding over 14 days between May 18th and 31st, he passed through Devon and Cornwall, up the border of Wales, through Western England and up in to the Scottish Highlands averaging 72 miles a day,

Speaking of the adventure, Ian said: “Riding across Dartmoor was magical, and having our path blocked for 10 minutes by wild ponies was spectacular.

“Arriving in Scotland was breath taking. No cars, no people, no houses, just lochs.

“Although I was followed by a peloton of midges for about 10 hrs.”
