Where and when support takes place We can meet you wherever feels best for you. Most families first meet us at a hospital appointment, but support can also take place: On the neonatal unit Over the phone At your home We work closely with local hospitals and specialist centres both within and outside our area, so your support continues no matter where your care takes you. How to access Neonatal support We offer care and support for babies diagnosed with a complex health issue during pregnancy or after the birth where the outcome for the baby is uncertain. Referrals can be made by hospital consultants, GPs and other healthcare professionals, or yourself. Once the referral is made our neonatal team will support you whilst we gather more information about your baby before full hospice services can be accessed. Feedback “What should have been our family’s and our baby’s worst day, ended up being the best and most cherished.” “We cannot thank you enough for what you did for our family… you gave us a chance to be a normal family and for that we will be forever grateful.” Information Leaflets View/Download View/Download Contact Us If you would like to speak to a member of our team, you or your family are welcome to contact us directly.
