Our fantastic supporters Craft Beer Cave are once again going the extra mile to support local children and families.

Beverley Williams, co-owner of the bar and bottle shop in Penrhyn Bay, is hosting the Miles for Smiles walk on Saturday May 16th.

It’s 10.5-mile trek from the shop along Llandudno’s promenade, around the spectacular Great Orme and back to the bar for refreshments and food.

It costs just £10 to enter (£5 for kids under 16) and all participants will get a commemorative t-shirt, and the chance help raise as much as they can. It starts at 11am.

Close to our hearts

Beverley shared: “Hope House Tŷ Gobaith is a cause close to our heart and that of the community in Penrhyn Bay.

“We’ve seen first-hand the difference they make to families who are coping with unimaginable circumstances daily.

“So please come and join us on Miles for Smiles, enjoy the beauty on our doorstep and raise vital funds for Hope House Tŷ Gobaith.”

Delicious food

Our fundraising manager Andy Everley said: “We are super grateful to Craft Beer Cave and the Penrhyn Bay community for their ongoing support.

“They always pull something special out the bag and have raised thousands of pounds to support local children and families living with a life-threatening condition.

“Fingers crossed for some sunshine and good luck to Bev and all the walkers. Thank you.”

After the walk, the bar’s outside area will host a new delicious food truck, Tŷ Gril who will be serving delicious kebabs and tacos for you to refuel on – all on a not-for-profit basis.

You can register for the event by popping into the Craft Beer Cave on Glan-Y-Mor Road, Penrhyn Bay or contact Beverley on 07808 880690. Places are limited to 50 people.
