The Social Work Team offers support and advice to families using Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith. If you think we can help please don’t hesitate to contact us – or just ask someone on the Care Team to pass a message on to us and we will call you. 

What we offer

• We can support families to find whatever help is available locally and assist you in making contact and finding out what you need to know.
• We may be able to help with benefits, employment, schooling, housing and lots of other issues. 
• We can offer advice and support with contact you may have with your local authority or other professionals involved in the care of your child.
• We may be able to explore charity funding applications when appropriate.

Safeguarding

Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith have comprehensive safeguarding to protect children and young adults who may be at risk of harm. We do everything we can to ensure that all the children and young adults who stay at or use the services of Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith are protected and kept safe.
