Our thanks go to an intrepid group of friends from Gwynedd.

Ellis, Huw, Mei, Geth and Jonathan from Pontllyfni. took on a 180 mile cycle ride from North to South Wales.

Their great effort has raised £3,070 for our hospices.

They completed the gruelling ride in three days between May 29th and June 1st, finishing at the famous castle for a well deserved tipple.

Our fundraiser Nikki Jones was supporting them, and said: "What a great effort by the guys and it must have been an amazing feeling to arrive in the capital and rest their legs.

"We're so grateful for their fundraising which will go directly to help us support local children and families living with a life-threatening condition to live their best lives.
